**JOB ROLE: PRE-SALES**

**JOB LOCATION: WEST HYDERABAD**

**JOB PROFILE**:
A Pre-sales Manager will be the first point of contact between the Client and the Company. The Client will get all the details about our project from you.

Therefore it is your communication capabilities that possibly can convert a lead into a prospect.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Checking for new leads that have been synced into the CRM.
- Preparation of presentations about the products in case the Client visits the Office
- Providing in-depth information to the customers about the project and convincing them to visit the site.
- Coordinating with your team to convert Prospective buyers.
- Following up with your team for site Visits
- Engagement with the customers and interpretation of their needs and derivation of advice for prospective products that are aligned with the customers' demands
- Coordination and organization of demand-generating activities like tradeshows, company events, or customer workshops
- Coordination with the sales office.
- It’s mandatory to have a laptop/desktop for working

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Must be a Graduate or Post Graduate
- Experience of at least 2 years into Real Estate
- Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal
- Must have the Zeal for Sales
- Team Player
- Proficiency in MS Office

**CANDIDATE SKILLS**
- Fluency in all the 3 languages will be preferable
- Negotiation and Persuasion skills
- Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel Sheet
- Team Handling Skills and Leadership qualities
- Ability to work Independently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Up to 20% travel
