Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Drug Discovery & MedChem, FTE based business, focus on North America + Rest of World (RoW) on Pre Sales
  2. Conduct desktop-based research in defined business areas / market segments
  3. Identify potential clients and establish first contacts (cold contact)
  4. Create a constant flow of Leads feeding the sales pipeline according to given KPIs & Goals
  5. Closely Co-Operate with BD managers in Europe

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Excellent command of English, written and spoken
  2. M.Sc. (organic) chemistry
  3. High level of accuracy when handling data
  4. At least 2 years proven success in a chemistry CRO in a similar role
  5. Market research skills, experience with investigating and harvesting relevant business databases
  6. Front End Sales skills
  7. Proficiency with a major CRM tool
  8. Proficiency with LinkedIn, SalesNavigator and similar tools
  9. Proficiency in Working within a professional company's IT infrastructure
  10. Routinely Exceeding set KPIs and Goals
