Role Purpose:

Responsibilities:

  • Take complete ownership of the bid, throughout different stages of RFI / RFP starting from Deal Evaluation, Story Boarding, solution articulation, proposal summary & writing, till the final submission to the client.
  • Maintain a repository of best practices & create reusable components.
  • Capable of managing a multistakeholder environment.
  • Execute preRFI/RFP work, including collateral customization, creation of sales PPTs, case studies, etc.
  • Perform a postRFI/RFP submission analysis, which includes proposal review, learning, and win/loss analysis.
  • Stay updated on the internal roadmap and new product features.
  • Provide feedback to the product management team about product enhancements that can address customer needs and guide additional value.
  • Continuously learn, update skills, and stay aware of industry trends in the EHS Software space.
  • Stay up to date with competitive analysis and market differentiation.

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Presales Executive/Consultant.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in bid management, proposal development, or related roles within the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, services, and technologies to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple bids/RFPs/RFIs simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on delivering highquality bid submissions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using RFP management software is an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments to achieve common objectives.
