Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in an outbound focused cold Calling/sales/support/customer service position
  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
  • Track record of achieving targets
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a competitive personality and strong attention to detail
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Added advantage with experience working with Zoho/Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player who possesses the desire and ability to work in an ambiguous yet fast-paced, goal-oriented sales environment
  • Proven capabilities and skills in lead generation, demonstration setting, opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call structure/control, and time management
