Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a General Manager Sales Marketing at Sales Circuit India, located in Hyderabad with the flexibility for some remote work. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily sales and marketing operations, generating leads and closing the deals of potential clients regarding showrooms of the company we‘ll be patterned with, managing customer satisfaction, leading the sales team, and ensuring excellent customer service. The General Manager will also create and implement strategies to drive sales growth and collaborate with manufacturing companies to achieve sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing clients as well as Distributors, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive mutual success.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Oversee the development and execution of sales and marketing campaigns, ensuring effectiveness and ROI.
Manage budgetary allocations and financial performance, monitoring expenses and revenue to optimize profitability.
Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, finance, and human resources, to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and establish strategic partnerships.
Uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all business dealings.

Qualifications

Experience in customer satisfaction, customer service, and general management
Strong sales and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to create and execute sales and marketing strategies
Familiarity with the manufacturing industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the sales and marketing industry is a plus
