We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Pre-Sales and Post-Sales professional to join our team. As a Pre-Sales Representative, you will be responsible for actively identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. Your primary goal will be to provide prospective customers with a comprehensive understanding of our products and services, and to demonstrate how our solutions can meet their specific needs. Post-Sales, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service, technical support, and ongoing product training. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with our customers, drive customer loyalty, and support the company's growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and execute a comprehensive pre-sales strategy
- Conduct research and analysis to identify prospective clients and understand their business needs and challenges
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Provide technical expertise and consultative services to clients throughout the sales cycle
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Clients post-sale and manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to ensure successful delivery of our technology solutions
- Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops to clients to build their capabilities and ensure the sustainability of our technology solutions
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure that proposed solutions meet client needs and can be delivered within scope, budget, and timeline
- Conduct post-project reviews and identify areas for improvement or new business opportunities
- Participate in industry conferences, webinars, and other events to promote our technology solutions and generate new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our technology solutions, methodologies, and market trends
- Collaborate with the sales and pre-sales teams to identify new business opportunities and support the development of proposals and RFP responses
- Meet and exceed sales and client satisfaction targets and KPIs

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5-8 years of experience in a pre/post-sales role, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong technical skills and understanding of technology solutions, methodologies, and frameworks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Ability to build strong client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
