4 years of experience in workplace management and services with a focus on facilities-Hospital/senior living organization/hotel/nursing home/care home managing hospitality, corporate services, and property management.
- Experience with agreement management, including compliance with the terms and conditions, documenting, and agreeing on any changes or amendments that may arise during implementation or execution.
- Experience tracking and managing budgets within departmental expenses.
- Ability to bring creative and innovative solutions.
- Ability to engage and present in front of crowds and to influence at all levels with excellent leadership, collaboration, and written/verbal communication skills.
- High on Ethics and Moral conduct
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong in vendor management, time management skills and good team player.
- To act as an overlap to the medical team lead at site in his/her absence
