Front Office Receptionist

**Answering and Directing Calls**:
- Handling incoming calls, screening and transferring calls to the relevant departments or individuals.
- Taking messages and providing basic information as needed.
- **Managing Front Desk Operations**:
- Maintaining a neat and organized reception area.
- Managing the sign-in and sign-out process for visitors.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assisting with various administrative tasks, such as sorting and distributing mail, managing deliveries, and coordinating appointments.
- **Communication and Coordination**:
- Communicating important information to staff and visitors.
- Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
- **Customer Service**:
- Providing excellent customer service to visitors, clients, and employees.
- Addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- **Booking and Scheduling**:
- Managing schedules, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Assisting with travel arrangements when necessary.
- **Maintaining Records**:
- Keeping track of visitor logs, appointments, and other relevant records.
- Updating contact information and databases as needed.
- **Handling Inquiries**:
- Responding to general inquiries about the organization, its products, or services.
- Redirecting specific inquiries to the appropriate individuals or departments.
- **Multitasking**:
- Managing multiple tasks simultaneously, such as answering phones, welcoming visitors, and handling administrative duties.
- **Technology Proficiency**:
- Familiarity with office equipment, such as telephones, fax machines, and computer systems.
- **Confidentiality**:
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and handling it with discretion.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
