**Law Office Receptionist**

**Job Summary**:
The Law Office Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and phone inquiries. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service, maintaining an organized front desk, and supporting the administrative functions of the law office.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Greet and Welcome**:

- Welcome clients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Ensure a positive first impression of the law office.
- **Answer and Direct Calls**:

- Manage incoming phone calls, providing information or directing calls to the appropriate person.
- Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery to the intended recipient.
- **Appointment Scheduling**:

- Coordinate and schedule appointments for attorneys.
- Maintain and update the office calendar with appointments and meetings.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist with administrative tasks such as document preparation, filing, and data entry.
- Support lawyers and other staff members as needed.
- **Mail Handling**:

- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Prepare outgoing mail and ensure timely delivery.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and organized records of client information.
- Update and manage databases and filing systems.
- **Maintain Front Desk Area**:

- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presents a professional appearance.
- Manage office supplies and replenish as necessary.
- **Information Provision**:

- Provide basic information about the law firm's services, fees, and policies.
- Direct specific legal inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- **Handling Inquiries**:

- Respond to general inquiries from clients, visitors, and callers.
- Handle inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality.
- **Technology Management**:

- Proficiently use office software, phone systems, and other technologies.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues or escalate as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using office software and phone systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional and courteous demeanor.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
