**Position: Executive - Assistant**
**Experience: 1-2 years**
**Job description**
**- Calendar Management: Maintain and organise the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prioritise and manage conflicting appointments and commitments.**
- **Meeting Coordination**: Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, gathering materials, and ensuring timely distribution. Arrange conference calls and video conferences.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Prepare itineraries and ensure travel logistics run smoothly.
- **Event Planning**: Coordinate and plan corporate events, meetings, and conferences, as needed.
- **Administrative Support**:Handle routine administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and expense reporting. Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring the executive's workspace is well organised.
- **Relationship Management**:Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners on behalf of the executive.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office and calendar tools.
- Discretion and trustworthiness to handle confidential information.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and high-pressure situations.
**Required Qualification**
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
