**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Employee Recruiting**:

- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment records and ensure compliance with company hiring policies.
- **Employee Engagement**:

- Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction through organizing events, surveys, and communication channels.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and improve workplace morale.
- Monitor employee feedback and suggest improvements to foster a positive work environment.
- **Finance**:

- Assist in financial management tasks such as budget tracking, expense reporting, and invoice processing.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for review by the CEO and executive team.
- **Project Management**:

- Coordinate project activities and ensure all deadlines and milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and prepare progress reports for the CEO.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across project teams and departments.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role, preferably supporting senior executives or CEOs.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools/software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- Experience in employee recruiting, engagement, finance, or project management is highly desirable.

**Personal Attributes**:

- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented and capable of delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Any Graduate with 3-5 years of experience

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:
