Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CRM and Lead Generation Specialist to join our team at Cloverleaf Marketing DMCC. In this role, you will be responsible for managing CRM flows and implementing effective communication strategies across various channels, including email, SMS, WhatsApp, and other mediums. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM management, lead generation, and a keen understanding of customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Management:

. Oversee and manage the CRM system to ensure efficient and effective utilization.

. Develop and optimize customer journeys, segmentation, and automation flows within the CRM platform.

. Implement best practices for data management, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Communication Channels:

. Design and execute multi-channel communication strategies, including email, SMS, WhatsApp, and other relevant mediums.

. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and targeted content for different communication channels.

. Monitor and analyze the performance of communication campaigns, making data-driven adjustments for optimal results.

Lead Generation:

. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute lead generation strategies.

. Implement tactics to capture, nurture, and convert leads through CRM workflows.

. Analyze lead data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Reporting and Analysis:

. Generate regular reports on CRM and lead generation performance metrics.

. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve overall effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:

. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

. Proven experience in CRM management and lead generation.

. Familiarity with popular CRM platforms and marketing automation tools, especially FreshSales as that's the primary tool.

. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
