  • Use Customer insight to continuously better growth plans and strategy
  • Set and manage budget for sales growth and new business development
  • Liaison & Stakeholder Management
  • Work with a diverse and complex group of stakeholders within and outside the organization
  • Recommend modifications & rectifications in products or quality standards as and when warranted
  • Maintain reports and intimate concerned departments in regular time intervals
  • SOPs, Procedures, and Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with established SOPs and Procedures for the taproom/ micro-brewery, as well as F&B policies, standards, and procedures through regular training and supervising of teams
  • Ensure compliance with food handling and sanitation standards
  • Ensure all the reports are prepared with accuracy within timelines
