Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter cum Placement Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the recruitment and placement of students, ensuring a seamless transition from education to employment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our students and build strong relationships with industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

Source, screen, and interview candidates for various job opportunities, ensuring a pool of qualified candidates for placement.
Collaborate with academic departments to understand program requirements and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future placement needs.
Placement Coordination:

Liaise with industry partners and employers to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
Facilitate placement activities, including organizing job fairs, campus interviews, and networking events.
Provide guidance and support to students in preparing for interviews, writing resumes, and developing essential job-seeking skills.
Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with employers, fostering partnerships for ongoing placement opportunities.
Collaborate with alumni to strengthen industry connections and enhance placement prospects for current students.
Data Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student placements, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.
Generate reports on placement outcomes and key metrics for management review.
Compliance and Policies:

Stay informed about industry trends, employment laws, and regulations related to placement activities.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures governing placement and recruitment activities.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Graduation is mustÂ
  • required candidate need to coordinate with clients and other recruiting companies for getting new requirement and maintaining relationship.
  • Should know how to maintain data on Xcel and should know hoe to use LInkedin ,Naukri ,shine ,Monster and various Job posting and CV fetching portalsÂ
  • Good communicationÂ
  • Must have a observant attitude as well as problem solving attitude.
  • Understand the overall responsibility of HR Profile .
