Designation:- Executive -HR & Admin

Department:- HR & Admin

Location :- Navi Mumbai

Gender:- Male/Female

Experience:- 5 to 8 + years of experience working in mid - size company in HR department

Experience of handling Learning & Development will be preferred.

Experience of Employer branding activities Has e experience of handling recruitment s or supporting recruitment.

Qualification:-• Graduate or equivalent

 • Diploma/ degree in Human Resource Management would be preferable.

Working Days:- Mon to fri

Responsibility:-
Training & Development

  • Preparing training calendar and organize training sessions in accordance with calendar.
  • Co - ordinate with stakeholders for the training requirements and arrange the same.
  •  Track training hours, maintain training tracker, analysis and recommendations.

On boarding & Off - boarding

  • Responsible for on boarding & exit formalities of employees as per the procedure.
  •  Responsible for analyzing the feedback and implementing the improvement plans for on boarding & exits.

Employer Branding

  • Assist in providing innovative ideas and solutions for employer branding and help in execution.
  • Providing support to evaluate the effectiveness of employer branding and recruitment advertising initiatives and regularly reports for review and recommended actions.
  • Experience with content writing, branding and digital marketing.

Recruitment

  • Assist Team in manpower planning, recruitment, and selection.

Data Management

  • Data related to various HR process
  • Leaves, Attrition, Feedback, Probation , etc
  • Create dashboards using different tools to showcase data.

HR & Admin Support

  • Assisting the team in any HR and Admin related activities.

 Other Skills:-

• Good Interpersonal Skills

• Proactive and innovative approach

• Collaborative

• Good Analytical skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Especially Excel , PP & SharePoint )

• Good to have knowledge of Power BI and create dashboard.
