We are looking for
2+ years' experience in a deals desk role in a SaaS organization

What will you do
Partner with sales, renewals, and channel teams to develop and manage accurate pricing quotes for customers.
Collaborate with sales, renewals, and channel teams to design deal structures that meet customer needs while aligning with company policies and objectives.
Analyze sales and deal data to uncover insights related to pricing trends, margin performance, and market competitiveness.
Work closely with sales, finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure efficient deal execution and alignment with organizational goals.
Coordinate with finance to ensure accurate billing and proper revenue recognition.
Collaborate with legal teams to review and resolve contract-related issues or terms.
Identify opportunities for process enhancements to streamline deal desk operations, reduce deal cycle times, and boost sales team efficiency.
Maintain and update pricing tools, resources, and databases to ensure accuracy and operational efficiency.
Act as the primary contact for sales teams to resolve pricing or deal-related inquiries.
Support sales teams in negotiations by providing data-driven insights and recommendations for deal strategies.
Ensure all deals comply with internal policies, financial controls, and legal requirements.
Help identify and mitigate risks associated with complex deals.
Maintain consistent deal approval and discounting processes to safeguard profit margins and avoid margin erosion.
