Kaapi Machines (India) Pvt. Ltd. was established in 2007, with the objective of providing world-class coffee equipment to businesses in the hotel, restaurant, and office segment. The company is an industry-leader and has an impressive portfolio of customers including McDonalds, ITC Hotels, Starbucks, Microsoft, Facebook and many more.
The company is headquartered in Bangalore, but has offices in Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Kolkata as well.
Established as an Indo-German JV, Kaapi represents brands from Europe and US. All key brands are market leaders.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This is an important role in the team. The person is expected to play a critical role in growing the business in
new channels and create multiple alliances with like-minded brands to grow the business and the community of
home brewers.
Here are the key expectations from the role:
1. Identify the right set of retail chains and outlets to showcase the SB range of products
2. Ensure product listing, marketing promotions and strong sell-outs from retail channel
3. Build an understanding of the category and technology. Lead the knowledge dissemination to retail
partners, their staff and other stakeholders
4. Start distribution of products through new channels in the region
5. Lead the commercial negotiations with retailers and ensure brand is well represented at all top promotions
6. Interact with product and marketing teams to run campaigns across top customers to drive engagement

Qualifications and Education Requirements
MBA (Marketing, Full time)
Experience of min. 5 years
Preferred Skills
Strong Presentation & Communication skills
Strong at People Management, Leadership, Negotiation
Self-starter, Bias for Action, Strategic & Analytical Thinking
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
