Head of Key Accounts

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head – Key Accounts and Client Success to lead our client relationships and ensure the delivery of exceptional service, driving growth and client retention.
Role will involve –
Develop and implement strategies to grow key accounts, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on Martech and promotional solutions to maximize ROI.
Oversee a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring the delivery of customized consumer promotions and loyalty program solutions.
Ensure all client engagements are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest quality standards.
Lead and manage the Client Success team to deliver exceptional experiences, ensuring long-term client retention.
Monitor client satisfaction and develop actionable plans to address feedback and improve service levels.
Drive continuous improvement in processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Establish and monitor KPIs to track the performance of client success and account management initiatives.
Who will fit in:
8-10 years of experience in client success, account management, or related roles, preferably in Martech, promotional marketing, or loyalty programs.
Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and delivering client success in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of consumer promotions, loyalty programs, and Martech solutions.
Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex client requirements.
