Who We're Looking For: The Ideal Partner We are seeking a self-motivated, entrepreneurial sales consultant as a strategic connector and advisor.

You must have: A current, verifiable personal network of IT TA decision-makers (VPs of Talent, CHROs, etc.) as well as technical recruiters in the US or India in RPOs, agencies and mid-size employers.

A proven track record of success in sales to IT TA executives in RPOs, agencies and enterprise-level HR departments.

A consultative mindset, with the ability to understand complex business challenges and articulate a clear value proposition.

The drive and discipline to manage your own pipeline and build a market through and expand your existing contacts.

What You'll Do: Open Doors and Drive Growth Leverage your existing network to secure high-level conversations with key decision-makers in our target markets.

Articulate the powerful value proposition of Global Pros.ai, demonstrating how our platform automation solves critical IT hiring challenges.

Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to close, acting as a trusted advisor to our clients.

Collaborate directly with our founding team to refine go-to-market strategy and provide market feedback.
