This is a results-driven sales role for self-starters who thrive on closing deals and building lasting client relationships.
As a brand ambassador for Policy& , you will play a pivotal role in shaping our market positioning and strengthening our dialogue with business and industry executives and Cx Os.
You will be expected to conduct yourself as a trusted business leader, demonstrating a deep understanding of market challenges, regulatory landscapes, and emerging trends, positioning Policy& as the partner of choice for forward-thinking enterprises.
What You'll Do 1.
Sales & Client Acquisition Identify, research, and target decision-makers in enterprises, regulatory bodies, and corporate sectors.
Conduct outbound prospecting through Linked In, email, and industry networks .
Convert inbound marketing leads into qualified opportunities.
Present Policy&'s solutions in a consultative, needs-based manner .

Client Relationship Management Build long-term client relationships based on trust, value, and results.
Follow up on proposals, address objections, and negotiate win–win agreements .
Maintain high client satisfaction to enable repeat business and referrals.

Solution Positioning & Presentation Conduct virtual or in-person presentations and demos tailored to each client's industry and compliance needs.
Position Policy& solutions as high-value, ready-made, and globally compliant alternatives to traditional consulting engagements.
Adapt messaging to align with client pain points, sector regulations, and strategic goals .

Commercial Excellence & Target Delivery Manage your own sales pipeline from initial contact to deal closure.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets .
5.
Market Intelligence Stay up-to-date with industry trends, governance regulations, and competitor offerings .
Provide feedback to the leadership team to refine sales strategies and product positioning .
6.
Internal Collaboration Work closely with Policy&'s product, marketing, and leadership teams to align outreach with campaigns and new product launches .
Contribute to sales playbook improvements and share best practices with peers .
  What We're Looking For Proven track record in B2 B sales , preferably in consulting, compliance, or Saa S.
Strong communication and negotiation skills .
Entrepreneurial drive — comfortable working remotely and independently.
Ability to manage your own sales pipeline and deliver against ambitious targets.
