The Bar, a fast-growing online fitness and mindset transformation company, is seeking a high-performing, experienced High Ticket Closer to join our dynamic remote sales team. This role involves speaking with warm, qualified leads who've shown strong interest, guiding them through our structured sales process, and confidently enrolling them into our high-ticket coaching programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct 70-100+ pre-booked Zoom calls per month with inbound, qualified leads.
- Build genuine rapport, deeply understand client pain points, and offer the most relevant solution.
- Navigate objections confidently with empathy and logic — no pushy tactics.
- Close high-ticket fitness and mindset coaching programs with clarity and conviction.
- Collaborate closely with our coaching and lead generation teams to optimize conversions.
Requirements:
- 6–12 months of remote high-ticket sales experience — preferably in fitness, coaching, consulting, or personal development spaces.
- Demonstrated success in closing deals ₹35,000 and above via Zoom or equivalent video platforms.
- Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent. Hindi fluency is a strong plus.
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to resonate with male working professionals (our core audience).
Must Have:
- A reliable laptop or desktop computer
- A noise-canceling headset
- A stable internet connection (50 Mbps or higher)
- A performance-obsessed, result-driven mindset — this is a commission-only role
- No involvement in any competing fitness/sales/coaching business
