
Sales Closer – SaaS SMB

Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule product demos
- Conduct demos online with qualified leads: uncover needs, present solutions, and close deals
- Actively listen to client challenges, handle objections, and propose tailored solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to account closure
- Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and CRM to ensure timely conversion
- Keep accurate records of sales activity and pipeline in CRM
- Collaborate with marketing and SDR teams to optimize lead flow and conversion
Requirements:
- Proven experience closing SMB sales in a similar role
- Strong communication and presentation skills (Google Meet demos)
- High empathy with prospects; ability to pitch solutions that align with their needs
- Confidence in handling objections and guiding prospects toward decisions
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure
- Familiarity with CRM tools and structured follow-up processes
Must Have:
- Experience in SaaS or digital solutions sales is a strong advantage
- Track record of achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets
Work Schedule:
- Full-time: 7:30 PM – 3:00 AM IST (8 hours/day)
- Sale Sync at 6 PM for 30 min
Compensation:
- Base Salary + Performance Bonus
