
Executive Assistant

You'll be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including planning, communication, and procurement.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate the dispatch of inputs and other items.
Handle products and materials from third-party vendors.
Maintain records and resolve any issues that arise.
Support various project activities as needed.
Maintain an updated procurement log for all external products.
Work closely with the Executive Director to support and fulfil organizational needs.
Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the relevant field.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
A proactive and problem-solving approach.
