You will be a key point of contact for both walk-in customers and online inquiries, ensuring a great experience and meeting sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Assist customers with product inquiries, size guidance, and styling suggestions across online and offline channelsConvert leads into sales through prompt follow-ups via Whats App, email, Instagram and in-personAssist walk-in customers at the showroom, providing product information, size guidance, and styling suggestions to drive salesGenerate sales through in-person interactions by understanding customer preferences and recommending suitable productsHandle customer queries, exchanges, complaints, and feedback across various channels (Whats App, email, Instagram and in-person) in a timely and professional mannerSupport online sales by following up on leads and assisting customers through the purchasing processCoordinate with the operations team to ensure on-time order fulfillment and accurate deliveriesMaintain and update customer data and order history in the CRM or tracking systemContribute to store visual merchandising to enhance the customer shopping experienceTrack and report daily interactions, lead conversions, and sales performanceShare regular customer feedback and insights with the design and operations teamsRequired Skills & Competencies:Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)Basic knowledge of fabrics, fits, and fashion terminologyAbility to multitask, problem-solve, and handle pressure in a customer-facing roleFamiliarity with customer service tools (e.g., Whats App Business, Shopify, Zoho, etc.)Sales-driven mindset with attention to service qualityProficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reportingEducational Qualification:Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fashion Communication, Retail Management, Apparel Merchandising, or a related field.Compensation:As per industry standardHow to Apply:Please send your resume and a short cover note to creative@ourlove.in, with the subject line: Application for Sales cum Customer Support Executive
