Position Overview: We are seeking an accomplished Vice President Sales to drive our enterprise sales strategy and lead our sales efforts in the region of India, with a focus on Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large accounts and a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence, building strategic relationships, and achieving revenue targets in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand TAC Security’s footprint in the western region.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within large enterprises and key industry sectors in Mumbai and the surrounding areas.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations.- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to address their cybersecurity challenges.- Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, including negotiations and contract management.- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities specific to the western region.- Analyze sales data and market insights to inform strategic decisions and adjust tactics as needed.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns and initiatives targeted at the enterprise segment in the region.- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.- Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and key metrics.- Provide regular updates to senior management on progress against targets and strategic objectives.- Mentor and guide junior sales staff, supporting their development and performance.- Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture within the team.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in enterprise sales, focusing on managing large accounts and a deep understanding of the cybersecurity business. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large accounts.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, trends, and market dynamics.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
