We are seeking a Vice President of Sales to spearhead our growth efforts and lead a motivated team in driving strategic sales initiatives. You will be at the forefront of revolutionizing how educational institutions manage their financial needs through cutting-edge SaaS solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet ambitious growth targets.

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of high-performing sales professionals.

- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer success teams.

- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to ensure we deliver unmatched value.


What We’re Looking For:

- 12+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in EduTech or Fintech.

- Expertise in selling SaaS solutions or financial services to educational institutions.

- Strong understanding of the education sector and its financial dynamics.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

- Proven success in developing and managing high-performing sales teams.

- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
