Location : Mumbai


The primary role is to prospect for new clients through networking, cold calling, and social platforms to generate interest and grow the business. The position involves managing stakeholders, understanding the market, the company’s offerings, and competitor analysis.


New Business Development

  • Prospect for potential clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
  • Conduct cold calling to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Strategize growth by targeting demographics and negotiating pricing.
  • Identify key decision-makers and schedule meetings to develop proposals.
  • Collaborate with teams to craft solutions addressing client needs.
  • Handle objections to achieve positive agreements and successful deals.

Business Development Planning

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and provide insights on market trends.
  • Identify campaigns and services that can drive increased sales.
  • Research and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Track activities, monitor account progress, and ensure deal closures.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in Agency/Broadcast/OTT/Digital media sales.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong concept-selling abilities with market knowledge.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and proficiency in Excel for proposals/costing.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and pay attention to detail.
  • Assertive, goal-oriented, and capable of building relationships quickly.
