Summary :


Hex Wireless is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be driving force behind lead generation efforts for international market mainly USA, Europe, Middle east and South east, focusing on CPaaS industry and targetting A2P SMS agreegators, VOIP agreegators, MVNO's and telecom operators . You will be responsible for executing cold messaging and cold calling campaigns, and nurturing relationships with potential clients. If you have a proven track record in sales, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about driving business growth, we want to hear from you.



Job Description:


   Identify and prospect potential clients within domestic and international market, with a primary focus on generating leads for white labels A2P Messaging platfrom and CPaaS solutions.

   Execute lead generation strategies, including cold messaging, cold calling, and other outreach methods to engage potential clients.

   Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and requirements.

   Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals to meet client objectives.

   Drive the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

   Farm and nurture existing accounts to maximize revenue opportunities and foster long-term partnerships.

   Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

   Utilize various sales techniques and strategies to effectively communicate the value proposition of our company product and services to potential clients.

   Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, consistently delivering results and driving revenue growth.



Requirements :


   Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

   Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within SaaS or CPaaS industry.

   Strong understanding of the international market and experience with lead generation and client acquisition.

   Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

   Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

   Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

   Proficiency in CRM software and Sales Navigtor or similar tools.


Compensation :


Salary Range: 4-7 Lakh per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Performance-based incentives and bonuses.
