We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist/Lead Generation Specialist to join our Team. This role focuses on identifying, nurturing, and generating qualified leads to support our sales objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and lead generation, excellent communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads through various channels, including social media, online databases, and industry events.
  • Utilize CRM software to track lead interactions and manage the lead generation process.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage potential clients and nurture leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand target markets and refine lead generation strategies.
  • Analyze and report on lead generation metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the company and gather leads.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing (1-3 years preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
