Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales / Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, acquire high-value clients, and build long-term business relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities


• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities.


• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.


• Conduct client meetings, present proposals, and negotiate contracts.


• Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term retention.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.


• Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.


• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and provide regular reporting to management.

Qualifications & Skills


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).


• 3–6 years of proven experience in Sales / Business Development, preferably in digital marketing or agency services.


• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


• Proven ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets.


• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes.


• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
