We're looking for a Sales Intern who is eager to learn and grow with us.

Location: South Extension, Delhi

Mode: Hybrid (Work from office + Remote flexibility)

Timings: Flexible | Monday to Saturday

Stipend: ₹4,000/month + Incentives (₹500 per deal closed)

Duration: 3 months (Performance-based PPO offered)

Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Business Development Intern. The Intern will assist with day-to-day sales activities, including customer outreach, coordinating sales calls, and managing customer inquiries. The intern will also be involved in supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, data entry, and preparing sales reports. Additionally, the Sales Intern will participate in training sessions and help with the implementation of sales strategies to drive improvements in customer service and sales performance.

Responsiblities

  • Reach out to potential clients on Instagram & LinkedIn via cold messages
  • Make at least 15 cold calls per day and send 40+ outreach messages daily
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Support the sales team in closing deals and achieving monthly targets
  • Interest in Sales Management and a desire to develop management skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely

Qualifications

  • No degree required, just strong verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to come to the office at least 3 days a week (South Extension, Delhi)

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹4, ₹5,000.00 per month
