About Us
Merch & Tales is a fast-growing digital marketing agency under parent company, Unified Sports. We partner with leading brands to deliver services across performance marketing, social media, branding, website & app development, and media production. We are now expanding our client-facing team and seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager.
Job Description
We are looking for a driven professional with 3–4+ years of experience in sales/business development within a digital marketing agency or similar environment. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of selling digital services, building client relationships, and closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business by selling services such as: Performance Marketing (SEO, SEM, Paid Ads) Website & App Development Social Media Strategy & Management Branding & Design Solutions Media Production (Photo, Video, Campaigns)
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, pitching, and closing.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, decks, and presentations.
- Negotiate terms and close client retainers or projects successfully.
- Maintain and grow existing client accounts; identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal creative, marketing, and production teams for seamless delivery.
Requirements
- Experience: 3–4+ years in sales/BD at a digital marketing agency or similar setting.
- Proven success in selling services like performance marketing, branding, web/app development, or media campaigns.
- Strong presentation, pitching, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales workflows.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Results-oriented with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Work Details
- Location: Hauz Khas, New Delhi
- Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Schedule: Mon–Fri (Work from Office), Sat (Work from Home)
- Compensation: ₹6–12 LPA (Base Salary + Performance-Based Incentives)
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred (within 2 weeks)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50, ₹80,000.00 per month
