The role requires strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and the ability to deliver a seamless customer experience from inquiry to final booking. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, maintaining strong client relationships, and adapting strategies based on market trends.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Closing Manager – Residential Properties at SAA in Pune. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end sales operations - including sourcing potential homebuyers, coordinating with channel partners, conducting client meetings and site visits, and closing bookings efficiently. The role requires strong negotiation skills, strategic planning capabilities, and the ability to conduct market research to support decision-making. You will ensure seamless documentation, adherence to RERA regulations, and exceptional customer service while contributing to overall sales performance and project revenue growth.Desired Profile Confident with a pleasant and professional personality Passionate about sales with strong closing and negotiation skills Fluent communication in English, with proficiency in Hindi and Marathi Strong understanding of consumer behavior and real estate buying patterns Ability to deliver impactful presentations and perform real estate-related calculations Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations including RERA Advanced knowledge of CRM tools, real estate software, and documentation systems (ensuring data hygiene) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Willingness to travel for client and channel partner engagements Ability to handle multiple transactions, leads, and deadlines under pressure Client-centric mindset with the ability to manage sensitive or high-value situations tactfullyWhy Join Us?
