Designation – International Business Development Executive to Manager
Job Location – Andheri East
Industry:- Pharmaceuticals
Job Role :
1. Responsible for developing business plans and establishing and creating sustainable growth of company products in chosen global markets – specifically for Latin America Markets (Dominican Republic, Haiti, Bolivia, EL Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala, Guyana, Peru & Venezuela).
2. Analyze and monitor the current global markets and prepare a business plan.
3. Identifying & analyzing market conditions and new sales opportunities of different countries for business expansion.
4. Develop marketing strategies to capture and establish footprints in Latin markets.
5. Coordinate with regulatory affairs, factory, and export logistics depts. for technical and product support.
6. Develop and drive export sales activity by tapping new customers in international markets.
7. Accelerating the registration process in the existing market and initiating new registrations.
8. Manage existing customer relationships and grow the business of the company in existing markets.
9. Handling client queries for better turnaround time and customer satisfaction.
10. Travelling occasionally to the focus markets countries and thus encouraging the sales in the territory through biz activities as planned.
11. Prepare and negotiate contracts and quotations with customers/ clients.
12. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
13. Target Achievement and Revenue Generation.
Key Skill requirements:
1. Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in Export Marketing with relevant experience in the Pharma formulations sector
2. Should have marketing experience in Pharmaceutical formulation & develop business in new markets/countries.
3. Specific Experience in Developing Latin Markets
4. Candidates with Spanish language knowledge will be preferred
5. Should have good communication skills
6. Should be an independent profit center for the company.
7. Ability to manage employees, while multi-tasking large projects.
8. Minimum qualifications should be B. Pharma / B.com / M.B.A.
9. Must have traveled to Latin Markets for work.
