Sales Outbound Consultant

About Us: OneUp Networks specializes in cloud application hosting technology, providing robust solutions for hosting Thomson Reuters, Intuit QuickBooks, Drake, and other tax software programs. We offer Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) services, catering primarily to clients in the US market.
We are expanding our reach into the North American market and are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Outbound Consultant to join our team. This role is pivotal in establishing and growing our presence in this region.
Position Overview: As a Sales Outbound Consultant focusing on the North American market, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, generating leads, and building a robust database of potential clients, passing over it to Account Executive. You will leverage your expertise in outreach and cold calling to connect with prospects, understand their needs, and present our solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach:
- Identify and target potential clients in the North American market.
- Conduct proactive outreach and cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through strategic outreach.
Database Management:
- Build and manage a comprehensive database of leads and prospects.
- Track and update client information and interaction history using CRM tools.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Understand and articulate the benefits of our products/services to potential clients.
- Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations as needed.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape in North America.
- Provide insights and feedback to help refine sales strategies and improve client outreach.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Track and report on outreach efforts, lead generation, and sales activities.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 1-5 years' experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably with a focus on outreach and cold calling.
- Experience targeting the North American market is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools (, Lusha, ZoomInfo etc.)
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to generate leads and finding opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate North American time zones.
