**JOB DETAILS**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and generate leads by making outbound calls to schools, educational institutions, and libraries to promote and sell our range of school library books.
- **Client Outreach**: Establish contact with decision-makers such as school principals, librarians, and procurement officers to present our products and services.
- **Sales Pitch**: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our school library books, addressing any inquiries and overcoming objections to close potential leads.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications, including call logs, customer details, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- **Target Achievement**:Meet and exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets and contribute to overall sales goals.
- **Market Research**: Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to tailor communication strategies effectively.
- **Team Collaboration**:Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and contribute to overall team success.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
