Job Summary :
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Outbound Calling Executive to join our team at our Uppal, Hyderabad location. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of outbound calling experience and a passion for achieving targets. The role requires the ability to make 100 to 150 calls daily, engage with customers, and provide excellent service. You will be responsible for generating leads, promoting products/services, and maintaining a positive relationship with potential and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities :
Outbound Calls : Make 100 to 150 outbound calls daily to potential clients or customers, promoting the company’s products/services.
Lead Generation : Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads through effective communication.
Customer Engagement : Build rapport with customers to understand their needs, provide relevant information, and encourage sales or conversions.
Sales Support : Assist in closing sales, follow up on prospects, and update customers on new product offerings.
Data Management : Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM or database systems.
Target Achievement : Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call quotas and sales targets.
Product Knowledge : Stay updated with product offerings and services to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
Reporting : Provide regular reports to the team leader/manager on call activity, lead status, and performance metrics.
Skills and Qualifications :
Experience : 1 to 2 years of experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a clear and professional manner.
Target-Oriented : Ability to work towards and achieve set targets in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solving : Ability to handle objections and find solutions that meet customer needs.
CRM Knowledge : Familiarity with CRM software and data entry procedures.
Team Player : Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet overall company goals.
Adaptability : Ability to adjust to different customer personalities and handle rejection with resilience.
Education :
High School diploma or equivalent (undergraduate or graduate degree in any field is a plus).
Additional Requirements :
Comfortable with making a high volume of calls per day (100 to 150 calls).
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Willingness to work in shifts, if applicable
