Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Manager at Nelson Business School. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for managing customer satisfaction, lead generation, account management, and overall sales activities.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to generate leads and set appointments.
Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Provide detailed product/service information to prospective clients.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on lead generation strategies and campaigns.
Follow up with leads and prospects through phone, email, and online meetings.
Close sales and meet/exceed sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
Attend virtual and in-person meetings as required.
