Inside Sales Executive

Shopto is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As an Inside Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in generating revenue and expanding our customer base by effectively converting warm leads into paying customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Qualification and Follow-up**: Qualify inbound leads and follow up with potential customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities.
- **Product Demonstrations**: Conduct product demonstrations, highlighting the key features and benefits of Shopto's digital solutions.
- **Sales Presentations**: Deliver compelling sales presentations to decision-makers, tailoring your approach to each prospect's unique requirements.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Negotiate terms and conditions, address objections, and close deals effectively.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent post-sales support.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**: Accurately track and manage your sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and meeting sales targets.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in inside sales or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities
- Ability to build rapport and trust with potential customers
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- A passion for technology and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment
**Additional Skills (preferred)**:
- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Knowledge of digital marketing and sales strategies
- Familiarity with POS systems and digital solutions
