Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Jalandhar. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, and providing outstanding customer service. Daily activities will include identifying potential clients, delivering impactful sales presentations, and offering support and training to customers. Additionally, the Area Sales Manager will monitor market trends and provide feedback to help improve sales strategies. Qualifications: a) Education: B.Sc. in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related fields. or B.E./B.Tech. in Biomedical Engineering. b) Experience: 2 to 3 years of successful sales experience in the IVD/diagnostics industry is essential. Ideal Candidate Profile: Good understanding of IVD products and lab workflows. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused. Strong objection-handling and problem-solving skills. Willing to travel extensively in the assigned area. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell diagnostic products in your territory. Build and nurture relationships with hospitals, labs, and channel partners. Achieve sales targets consistently. Conduct product demonstrations and customer training. Gather feedback and report on market trends.
