Job DescriptionDevelop and execute marketing plans that align with the company's business objectives, including product launches, lead generation campaigns, and content marketing initiatives.

Identify new business opportunities and devise strategies to expand the company's customer base. This involves researching potential clients, analyzing market trends, and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Lead sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and develop new business opportunities. This includes managing sales teams, building sales pipelines, and closing deals with customers.

Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction, retention, and repeat business. This includes developing customer loyalty programs, monitoring feedback, and responding to inquiries.

Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with other companies or organizations that can enhance the company's reach and capabilities.

Analyze data related to sales, marketing, and business development initiatives, and report on key performance indicators to management. This includes tracking revenue, market share, and customer engagement metrics.

Manage budgets for marketing, sales, and business development initiatives, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

5-10 years of sales experience in IT/e-Commerce or equivalent.

Experience in leading product sales, developing business strategy and data analysis.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrable analytical thinking and business insight.

Self-initiative and proactive.
