Retention Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven Retention Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to retain existing customers, increase customer loyalty, and maximize lifetime value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement and retention through personalized campaigns, email marketing, loyalty programs, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute retention marketing strategies to increase customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.- Design and implement personalized campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.) to nurture existing customers.- Analyze customer data to segment audiences, identify trends, and optimize campaigns for better performance.- Manage customer loyalty programs and work with the product team to introduce new retention initiatives.- Collaborate with customer support, sales, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that could impact retention.- Track, measure, and report on the performance of retention campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.- Conduct A/B testing and use insights to continuously improve retention strategies.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer retention and loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.- 4+ years of experience in retention marketing, customer loyalty, or similar roles.- Proven experience in email marketing, SMS campaigns, and customer engagement strategies.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns.- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, etc.).- Knowledge of customer segmentation and personalization tactics.
