Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

Experience: 1year to 2 years

Location: Bangalore (WFO)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define job description and communicate the same in the public

domain appropriately as well as with potential candidates

  • Create a candidate persona for each open position/ mandate
  • Identify prospective candidates using a variety of sourcing channels

and appropriate screening process

  • Follow-up references and check the credibility of candidates
  • Present shortlisted candidates to the client  appropriately and in

a compelling manner

  • Coordinate with the client SPOCs rigorously throughout the recruiting

cycle for each mandate

  • Follow a sustainable candidate lead strategy to create backup
  • Communicate with clients to get a clear view of their context, hiring

needs and specific requirements of each mandate

  • Research the industry sector to which the client belongs and the client

organisation - its service offerings, clients, competitors, plans and the

attractiveness of the employer brand etc.

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies based on clients needs
  • Build long-term client relationships to keep growing the wallet share in

favour of CIEL


• Mandatory Experience Required:

  • Should have worked on Automobile (or/and) Heavy Engineering

(or/and) Process industry ( or/and) Automotive component

requirements for 2-3 years continuously.

  • Should have closed significant white color engineering roles

such as ( Mechanical /Electrical Design engr, CAE/CFD/FEA

engineers, Technical Writers, Process engineers etc)

Desired Qualities:

  • Ability to handle dynamic challenges and thrive in a fast-paced

environment.

  • Solution Mindset
  • Skilled communicator - verbal as well as written, good listening skills,

persuasive and empathetic in conversations

Qualification: Any Graduate with good communication skill.
