Responsibilities: 1. Clients: Communicate with clients to get a clear view of their context, hiring needs and specific requirements of each mandate Research the industry sector to which the client belongs and the client organisation - its service offerings, clients, competitors, plans and the attractiveness of the employer brand etc. Develop and implement recruitment strategies based on clients’ needs Build long-term client relationships to keep growing the wallet share in favour of CIEL 2. Subject matter expertise development: Research the market trends around the skillsets hired in the industry - skills in demand, candidate behaviours, talent attraction methods in vogue etc. Sustains a high quality of output on a consistent basis 3. Recruiting Process: Define job description and communicate the same in the public domain appropriately as well as with the potential candidates Create a candidate persona for each open position/ mandate Identify prospective candidates using a variety of sourcing channels and appropriate screening process Follow-up references and check credibility of candidates Present shortlisted candidates to the client in appropriately compelling manner Coordinate with the client SPOCs rigorously throughout the recruiting cycle for each mandate Follow a sustainable candidate lead strategy to create back-ups 3. Recruiting Process: Research and develop leads for new business opportunities Follow the processes as defined by CIEL as well as the requirements given by the clients Draw up an annual budget, make account-level plan and execute the same to achieve the budget Use data to track performance Leverage technology in carrying out one’s work Show a hunger to create a bigger impact, learns best practices proactively and deploy them as appropriate Ideal Profile: Has relevant experience in recruitment (preferably on the agency side) for the service line and the client industry sector this role will engage with [based on skill levels and experience, the job will be benchmarked within CIEL as L3, L4, L5 or L6] Excellent understanding of recruitment processes including usage of technology such as ATS, Social Recruiting methods, Job portals etc to improve efficiency Deep knowledge of various methods used to select candidates and engage with candidates Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies Solution mindset Skilled communicator - verbal as well as written, good listening skills, persuasive and empathetic in conversations Believes in collaborative working with others in the team and builds rapport with internal stakeholders Starts conversations easily and pays attention to details in the conversations Manages long to-do items effectively within the timelines Read Less...
