Hiring Non-IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles, primarily focused on sales, customer service, and business development.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates using multiple channels job portals, social media, referrals, etc.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule final rounds with hiring teams.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures of open positions.
  • Share regular hiring reports and updates with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Follow up with selected candidates till onboarding.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment, with a strong focus on sales hiring.
  • Experience in hiring for volume/bulk roles will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).Role & responsibilities
