We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in recruitment and a passion for finding the right talent for our organization. You will play a key role in managing the recruitment process for various non-IT positions, collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience.

Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various non-IT positions.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate communication, and offer negotiations.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and recruitment activities.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and its culture.

Skills and Qualifications

- 1-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in non-IT sectors.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
