We are on the lookout for a non-technical recruitment specialist who can undertake all hiring activities and help us get rich talent onboard in the Non-Technical domain. Bridge was established in 2007. Offices based in Bangalore and Chennai. Have clients on board across domains like Banking, Health care, E-commerce, Retail and more.

**Core responsibilities**

**What does the role demand?**

You will need to create and publish Non-IT job ads in various portals. You must have an excellent knowledge of Internet-based recruiting tools, job sites such as Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc., networking sites, and other sourcing methods. As a non-technical recruitment specialist, you will collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Present quarterly and annual hiring plans.
- Understand non-IT resource requirements proactively.
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.

**Qualification**
- Bachelors Degree Mandatory
- **Proven** **Experience in Non IT Recruitment minimum 1 Year**
- Preferable Experience up to 2 Years
- **Employment type** - Permanent Job, Full Time
- **Benefits**- Provident Fund (PF), ESI

**Working Hours**
- **Monday to Friday** - 9.30 Am to 6.30 Pm
- **Saturdays** - 9.30 Am to 2 PM
