As a Non-IT Recruiter, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier professionals across various non-technical roles within the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Manage the offer process, negotiate salaries, and facilitate the hiring process.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter in non-IT domains, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
