We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Business Associates to join our dynamic team. As a Business Associate, your primary responsibility will be calling potential customers, engaging with them effectively, and guiding them to visit their nearest store for an enhanced shopping experience. This role is ideal for individuals who are persuasive, enjoy interacting with people, and are passionate about jewellery and retail.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Introduce customers to the brands latest offerings, collections, and promotions.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate store recommendations based on their location.
• Encourage and guide customers to visit their nearest store.
• Maintain accurate call records and customer data in the system.
• Follow up with interested leads and ensure store footfall conversion.
• Achieve daily/weekly lead generation targets and KPIs.
• Maintain a polite, professional, and positive tone in all customer interactions.

Requirements:
• Proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken).
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or retail lead generation is a plus.
• Ability to handle customer objections and stay resilient under pressure.
