The ideal candidate holds 2-3 years of experience into service sector sales and will be responsible for lead generation, driving revenue, and bringing new opportunities for our business

Objective of this role

  • Identify and evaluate potential sales leads through networking and online research.
  • Communicate effectively to foster relationships with new and existing partners.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build a deep understanding of our products and present them effectively to clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Identifying new business: Looking for new clients and business opportunities
  • Building relationships: Maintaining customer relationships and building trust with clients
  • Negotiating deals: Closing sales deals and meeting sales targets
  • Providing customer service: Resolving customer concerns and inquiries, and following up on product or service issues
  • Developing strategies: Developing sales strategies and setting goals
  • Analysing market trends: Analysing market trends and conducting market research and reporting on sales and other metrics
  • Attending events: Attending industry conferences, trade events, and promotional events
  • Gathering feedback: Gathering feedback from clients and sharing it with the product team
  • Improving skills: Continuously improving sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar domains.
  • Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behaviour.
  • Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
  • Professional yet affable disposition.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with great networking skills
  • Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
